How do I access my voicemail?

To access your voicemail box from your phone:

  1. Dial *99 or press the Messages button (depending on the phone model, this button may have an envelope icon on it)
  2. Enter your password
  3. Press 1 to access messages (see the Voicemail Menu Guide below for more options)

To access your voicemail from someone else's phone:

  1. Dial *98
  2. Enter your voicemailbox extension number
  3. Enter your password

To access someone else's voicemail from your phone:

  1. Dial *98
  2. Dial the voice mailbox extension number
  3. Enter the password

How do I check my voicemail remotely?

To access your voicemail from outside of your system:

  1. Dial in to your office extension.
  2. When you hear the voicemail prompt begin, dial the * key.
  3. Enter your password.

How do I record my auto-attendant prompts?

Create a sound clip and select it as the designated clip in your dial plan auto-attendant node.

How do I listen to my auto-attendant messages?

To listen to a previously recorded or uploaded sound clip, follow these steps:

  1. Click Sound Clips in the left navigation panel.
  2. Click on the Play button to the right of the sound clip title.
How do I log into a queue?
  1. Dial *13 from the line you want to log into the queue.
  2. Follow voice prompts.
  3. Dial the queue extension number. 
  4. You will hear "agent logged in" if user is logging in and "agent logged out" if user is logging out of the queue.
